Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. What the service is
iExport is a browser-based tool that lets you open your own iMessage chat.db SQLite file and export a selected conversation to HTML or PDF. All processing runs locally in your browser.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of the files you open and the exports you produce. You confirm that you have the legal right to access, read and export the conversations you process. Do not use the service to process data that belongs to someone else without their consent, or in a way that violates applicable law (including privacy, wiretap and data-protection law).
3. Pricing & refunds
Each export costs USD 9.99 and unlocks a single export of one conversation for the current browser session. Because the export is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EEA does not apply once the export has been generated. Refund requests for technical failures can be sent to the contact address in our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. iMessage databases vary between iOS/macOS versions, and some messages (attachments, reactions, edits) may not render exactly as they do in the Messages app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business or profits arising out of your use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
