Use SMS Backup & Restore on Android to produce an XML file, then turn it into PDF or HTML with iExport.
Android doesn't ship with a built-in SMS export, but the SMS Backup & Restore app does the job. It produces an XML file that iExport can read.
Step 1: create the XML backup
- Install 'SMS Backup & Restore' from the Play Store.
- Open the app and pick 'Back up'.
- Choose SMS (and optionally MMS).
- Save the file locally or to the cloud.
Step 2: import into iExport
- Open iexport.app and pick the Android SMS source.
- Drop in the .xml file.
- Pick the conversation and period.
- Buy and download PDF/HTML.
MMS with images works as long as they are included in the XML backup from Backup & Restore.
